SUPER GRANAT

Quality approach

Quality

From selection to shipment — careful, visible quality control

Pomegranates and peaches on a fresh-fruit selection line

Quality process

SUPER GRANAT selects fresh fruit for the export plan, checks it visually, grades by calibre and prepares it for shipment. The steps below summarize our daily operating discipline.

  1. Fresh fruit on a stainless selection line

    Step 01

    Careful selection

After harvest, fruit is prepared into lots suitable for shipment. Damaged or unsuitable fruit is set aside.

  2. Quality control staff in protective clothing inspecting pomegranates

    Step 02

    Visual quality control

Trained staff inspect fruit by hand and eye with hygienic gloves and suitable workwear, assessing appearance and overall condition.

  3. Close-up inspection of pomegranate skin quality

    Step 03

    Skin and condition check

Skin integrity, color, visible defects and overall freshness are checked to build lots that match buyer expectations.

  4. Pears and peaches packed by calibre

    Step 04

    Size and calibre

Fruit is graded by size for the product type; similar calibres are packed together for consistent shipments.

  5. Quality check beside a blue-crate pallet with corner boards and cap

    Step 05

    Packaging and shipment prep

Blue crate stacks are finished with corner boards, caps and straps; lot integrity is checked before shipment.
